While the others are enjoying the Christmas vacation, Jann Canlas, the technical and media specialist of the group, is already starting the editing process of our documentary film. As what others tell, the editing process is the easiest and most enjoyable part of a docufilm. With this, we trust our technical specialist wholeheartedly. After all the shootings that we have done, we give this moment now to Mr. Jann Canlas. He said he is the one accountable for this part thus, we will provide him the necessary support and whatever he needs to come up with the excellent component of the editing process.

A special interview at Ark Avilon Zoo
We conducted our last interview with Sir Noel Rafael, supervisor of the Ark Avilon Zoo which is located few steps away from Tiendesitas. Though we had to spend our Christmas vacation early, we still have to finish our interviews. The interview with Sir Noel was very informative. We were also amazed by how the zoo protects the animals they have and how they uniquely displays the zoo to the public. Sir Rafael also made mention of the different programs they have in the zoo particularly about their breeding program. Like in the interview in the

Interview at DENR
TREESby Alfred Joyce Kilmer (1886-1918)*
I think that I shall never see
A poem lovely as a
tree.
A tree whose hungry mouth is prest
Against the earth's sweet flowing
breast;
A tree that looks at God all day,
And lifts her leafy arms to
pray;
A tree that may in Summer wear
A nest of robins in her hair;
Upon
whose bosom snow has lain;
Who intimately lives with rain.
Poems are made
by fools like me,
But only God can make a tree.

The First Scenes
The group started to shoot the first scenes of the documentary film last December 2, 2008 at the UST Botanical Garden. We presented the introduction of our documentary film which was prepared by our very own, Louise Ann Limjoco. Since this was our first day of shooting, we still do not know how to show the needed projections. Mike Joseph Ong, our classmate, helped us by being the temporary cameraman for us to be able to come up with our very first scenes. Right away, we have prepared the locations, shootings, and even the expert interviews to be conducted definitely outside the school campus.
